Where are your candles made? 
All of our products are made from start to finish by hand in our happy Cornish studio which is surrounded by fields and wildlife. 

Are your products and any of the ingredients suitable for vegans?
Yes. All of our products are 100% vegan, cruelty-free and never tested on animals.

Are your candles made with essential or fragrance oils?
We use both 100% natural essential oils and sustainable fragrance oils.
On each of the product pages, you will find details of the ingredients to help you choose which you'd prefer. 

How long will my order take to arrive? 
All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 3 – 4 working days. All standard deliveries are sent by Royal Mail 48 hours tracked delivery. We also offer 24-hour tracked if the order is needed sooner. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have any special requirements for your delivery or if it’s needed by a particular date, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. 

How will my order be packaged? 
We take a great deal of care in the packaging of our products. We are completely plastic-free and your items will be wrapped in recycled tissue paper, recycled cardboard boxes and sealed with paper tape. Included you will also find dried flowers from our local florist.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes! If you would like to include a message with the order, simply add it to the notes section when you checkout. Receipts are emailed to the customer and not included in the package.

Can my amber glass jar be refilled?
As part of our efforts to reuse, recycle and reduce waste we offer a refill service. Simply drop us a line at lalunacornwall@gmail.com and we will send you the return address with a refill discount code. 

How do I clean the candle containers?
If you wanted to clean your candle jar to repurpose simply fill the jar with warm soapy water and the wax will begin to melt. The residue can be scraped into the bin or compost.
