Deliveries & Returns

UK Deliveries
All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 3 – 4 working days. Standard deliveries are sent using Royal Mail 48-hours tracked delivery. We also offer 24-hour tracked but please let us know if the order is urgent and we will do our best. If you require a specific date for delivery please let us know in the notes box when ordering or drop us an email.  Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have any special requirements for your delivery or if it’s needed by a particular date, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. 

Returns and Refunds
We hope that you will be delighted with your products however if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied please contact us on lalunacornwall@gmail.com  Every care is taken to carefully protect your candles in transit but on occasion, damages may occur. Please send us a photograph of the damage and we will replace the item promptly.
